Who is Shosho?

Habibi'z Hot Chicken was founded by a Muslim family in Glendora, CA in January 2021. Our loaded fries are named after Shosho, the mother who started it all. She loved to cook, taught the family her recipes, and brought people together with generous portions. Her legacy lives on in every tray we serve.
